Grain & Dairy Free Cinnamon Roll Recipe

I feel like we all have memories as kids when we ate cinnamon rolls. For me it signified the weekend and/or a special holiday (one time my Mom made cinnamon roll bites and stacked them into a Christmas tree) — they were always our favorite go-to sugary breakfast. Then our allergies hit. I realized it had been probably 7-8 YEARS since I’ve had a cinnamon roll so I decided to change that. I set out to find the perfect recipe but couldn’t. Every one of them used rice or corn which I am staying away from currently, had straight up gluten and dairy in them, or they used unhealthy fake butters that I didn’t want to use. So, Bryce & I decided to make our own! Drumroll please….
